Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom modules, features, and reports within our existing Odoo or ERPNext framework.
• Customize existing ERP functionality (e.g., Accounting, Inventory, Sales, HR) to align with specific business processes.
• Integrate the ERP system with external applications and services using Python-based APIs.
• Perform code review, debugging, and performance tuning for high-quality production code.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical documentation and support.
• Manage data migration, upgrades, and system maintenance across various environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience developing with Python.
• Proven, hands-on experience with Odoo (all versions, including Odoo 15+) or ERPNext/Frappe Framework.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and MVC architecture.
• Proficiency in database technologies, particularly PostgreSQL (for Odoo) or MariaDB (for ERPNext), including complex query writing.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
